Job Summary

  • The Supervisor Field Engineer Design role will direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of field engineering designers in assigning work, prioritizing assignments, addressing customer requests (new service/reliability) and creating detailed construction designs for large distribution construction projects.
  • The Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and approving work for internal/external customer requests, maintenance, annual and project work, and is accountable for direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, safety leadership and technical guidance to assigned staff.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related technical experience, a minimum of five years of related technical experience, and a valid driver's license.
