Job Summary

  • The Director of Agile Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for developing various methods and practices of project management into the Motion Information Technology (IT) and eCommerce teams to accomplish the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Partners with the executive team and department leaders to build consensus around the strategic objectives and the role of Agile in the organization to foster a product-oriented culture.

  • Led or played a significant leadership role in Agile transformation
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a hybrid working environment
  • Experience with multiple Agile and lean methodologies
  • Program management skills and experience
  • Practical certification (Scrum Alliance, SAFe, Kanban, Coaching, Change Management)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, SPC preferred
