Attend, guide, and direct passengers at each point of contact, according to established procedures, to ensure flight operations are handled safely and to achieve service quality.
Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations by performing assigned duties to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
