  • Your responsibilities will include: Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets.

Base: $60,000; Bonus/Equity: variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan; Benefits: core and optional benefits offered at BSC

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience
  • 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule
  • Flexibility to work variable hours
  • Complete an extensive onboarding and training program
  • Subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement
