Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
  • Perform all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements of the building(s) and maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV systems, and air distribution systems.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of related work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Universal Technician for CFC’s certification (depending on market)
