Job Summary
This role serves as a critical delivery leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cutovers for the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning platform across global regions.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end cutover lifecycle, including designing strategies, leading dress rehearsals, and managing live war room sessions during Go-Live events.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT program delivery with at least 5-6 years specifically in dedicated cutover management roles.

Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps delivery models
Background in CPG supply chain and finance operations
Ability to work extended hours during critical windows
Key Requirements
Minimum 10-12 years IT program delivery experience
5-6 years dedicated cutover management or Go-Live lead role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related technical discipline
PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
Global travel required for NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions
