You will drive behavioral change through Group-wide performance improvement programs to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture across HVDC project sites.
Responsibilities include supporting incident investigations, ensuring causal factors are identified, and tracking corrective actions to closure while maintaining compliance with global management systems.
