Under close supervision, performs routine standardized clinical diagnostic tests in a clinical laboratory and supports hospital regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key Requirements
Associate Degree of Medical Lab Technology or Bachelor’s Degree with specified coursework
0-3, 3-5, or 5+ years clinical laboratory experience depending on level
Nationally recognized certification (ASCP, AMT, AABB, etc.) required or preferred
