Key Requirements

  • High school degree, GED or applicable experience
  • 1 year outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year WSMM experience
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20%
  • High-volume transactional sales cycle experience
  • Leasing experience
  • Strategic account management experience
  • Professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Comfort presenting at all organizational levels
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
