Key Requirements
High school degree, GED or applicable experience
1 year outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year WSMM experience
Willingness to travel 10%-20%
High-volume transactional sales cycle experience
Leasing experience
Strategic account management experience
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Comfort presenting at all organizational levels
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
