The Community Engagement Navigator- Behavioral Health supports members by removing barriers to Social Determinants of Health and acts as a communication liaison between the company and referral sources.

Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, job development, job placement or social work
Ability to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
