The Mobile Medical Support Team Lead will be a player-coach, providing both leadership and direct patient care, overseeing and mentoring Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs across mobile services.
This role carries a heavy emphasis on training and development, serving as the primary trainer for all Medical Assistants and Nurses, responsible for onboarding, skills development, and competency checks.
