Responsibilities include oversight of systems engineering activities, subcontractor performance, technical execution, schedule and cost management, and risk identification and mitigation.
The role requires strategic planning, customer engagement, proposal development, business growth initiatives, and ensuring technical rigor across all project deliverables.
