The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of IT production support experience, preferably in the banking sector, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Summary

  • L1Support 1) Provide L1 productionsupport for 24x7 on Core Banking applications
  • 2) To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities 3) To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the bestpractices of the release management process
  • 4) To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure,Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for thebusiness
