Job Summary
The Lab Customer Services Supervisor oversees daily laboratory operations including specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and processing under the direction of the Laboratory Customer Services Manager.
This role is directly responsible for technical quality, remedial training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and CAP.
The position requires rotating weekends and holidays per manager-approved schedules to accommodate operational necessities and staffing issues.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4 years relevant experience required
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology
Biological Science degree preferred
Knowledge of lab equipment principles and maintenance
Ability to solve customer service issues
Nice-to-have
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience with large multi-aspect processing areas
Prior experience writing employee evaluations
Good working knowledge of JCAHO and CAP standards
