Must-have
current license to practice as an RN
current CPR certification
knowledge of nursing and medical practices
ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
ability to work effectively with residents
Nice-to-have
knowledge and experience with PCC
patience, tact, cheerful disposition
willingness to handle difficult residents
willingness to seek new methods
Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
