Job Summary
Industrial Engineers are responsible for driving improvement with Labor Performance Analyses, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layouts, Factory Simulations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and more.
This position involves providing industrial engineering support directly to the program(s) across Raytheon factories and key suppliers which may require occasional travel not to exceed more than 30% of a standard work schedule.
