The role drives the implementation of an effective Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience governance framework consistent with regulatory requirements.
The incumbent is expected to advise business functions on risk reviews, identify threats, and define recovery requirements such as RTO and RPO.
This position requires managing BCM data systems, conducting regular testing, and providing subject matter expertise across all relevant branches including AIA Hong Kong and Macau.
