Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
2+ years pharmaceutical product development experience
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Experience with experimental design and scale-up
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-have
Experience in CMO environment preferred
Strong critical and logical thinking skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Effective written and presentation communication skills
Familiarity with sterile plant operations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
2+ years of related experience in pharmaceutical development
Master's degree equivalent acceptable with less experience
