  • Proactively supervise the day-to-day activities to ensure that the retail centre is operating to the optimum, with maintenance, capital works and deliveries being performed with minimal disruptions to the tenants, customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage key service contracts including cleaning, security, waste, HVAC, fire protection, lift/travelator maintenance, and car park operations.
