Job Summary
Proactively supervise the day-to-day activities to ensure that the retail centre is operating to the optimum, with maintenance, capital works and deliveries being performed with minimal disruptions to the tenants, customers and stakeholders.
Manage key service contracts including cleaning, security, waste, HVAC, fire protection, lift/travelator maintenance, and car park operations.
