Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 4+ years of experience
Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience
7 years progressive HR experience
3 years managing others
3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
Proficiency with MS Office, Web-based ATS and integrated HRIS applications
Workday experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of country, federal, state and local labor and employment laws
