Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 4+ years of experience
  • Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience
  • 7 years progressive HR experience
  • 3 years managing others
  • 3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Web-based ATS and integrated HRIS applications
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of country, federal, state and local labor and employment laws
