Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years Part 121/135 maintenance experience
5 years A320 and 737MAX aircraft experience
Airframe and Powerplant License required
Direct supervision of outside MRO vendors
FAA regulatory compliance and airworthiness release
75-80% travel requirement
Nice-to-have
Advanced troubleshooting for avionics and powerplant
NDT skills in HFEC, UT, Magnaflux, Borescope
Strong conflict resolution and influencing skills
Associate's degree or higher education preferred
Experience coordinating multi-department projects
Key Requirements
