Each PSR acts as a patient advocate, access specialist, and service coordinator, ensuring the needs of our patients, family members, medical personnel, and administrative staff are met.
Your day will never be boring! You will schedule appointments, collect insurance information, maintain patient records, and facilitate communication, often acting as a liaison between different healthcare providers such as the doctor and the lab.
