Operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing technical leadership, design direction, and mentoring other engineers while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Lead DFMEA and contribute to system-level risk assessments, ensuring robustness against electrical, thermal, EMC, and misuse stresses.
