Job Summary
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance interventions (ordinary and extraordinary) on installed systems, as well as remote and field technical assistance.
Key responsibilities include acting as the focal point for customers and Sales Area Managers, defining priorities, planning technical activities, and issuing offers for service, maintenance, and diagnostic visits.
