Job Summary

  • As an AVP, Financial Analysis, you will lead the creation and presentation of financial reports across multiple business areas and act as a partner to communicate clear and concise insights / recommendations with the goal of influencing functional/business decisions.
  • This role will drive strategy and innovation across Claim Field and Financial Operations in partnership with Field Operations leadership by developing future-focused field and financial control strategies shaped by AI and strengthening alignment with Finance, Product, and Field partners.
  • Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MBA
  • Eight years of finance, financial planning, accounting, or related experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Experience with Financial Analysis concepts and P&C insurance industry exposure
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Advanced organization skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Financial Reporting Software
