The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
You must ensure compliance with all nursing service policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
