  • Ensures the HIT environment is functioning optimally and end-users' needs are met, providing support including training and best practices.
  • Contributes to Endpoint Fleet Technology Management, performing analysis, configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrades, and retirement of hardware and software requiring 24/7 support.
  • Collaborates with cybersecurity teams for proactive monitoring and remediation of threats, and participates in the design, development, and deployment of emerging technologies.
