Abnormal Security is seeking a Recruiting Systems & Operations Partner to enhance their recruiting infrastructure and operations as the company scales. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with recruiting systems, particularly with ATS platforms, and a strong ability to implement data-driven improvements and automation

Job Summary

  • This role will help lead our ATS migration, improve operational workflows, strengthen reporting and data integrity, and introduce automation and AI-enabled capabilities that increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.
  • You will partner closely with Recruiting, People Tech, IT, and internal AI teams to design durable systems and intelligent workflows that support hiring at scale.
  • Define how AI tools, LLM-based assistants, and automation interact with recruiting systems while ensuring security, compliance, and usability.
