The intern will be integrated into the Finance & Restructuring Department and will assist the team's lawyers (partners and associates).
The intern will be involved in the team's cases and will have diverse missions: in-depth legal research and drafting of analysis notes, participation in drafting and reviewing credit and security documents, assistance in conducting financing operations.
Our firm is looking for an intern for a 6-month period from July to December 2027, full-time.
