Job Summary
Monitor and coordinate personnel, consultants, contractors, funds and other resources required to implement all aspects of projects, service contracts and the preventive maintenance program.
Responsible for the efficient and effective overall scheduling of building operations resources to conduct maintenance and project activities which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
