The Product Owner supports operational readiness objectives for the People department by integrating products covering Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Onboarding & Integration, Global Mobility, Staff Health, and offboarding.
You will act as the primary interface between Global Deployment & Mobility objectives and ICT stakeholders, translating complex operational needs into clear user stories for the development team.
Accountable for achieving milestones, maintaining non-functional requirements, and making the most effective use of allocated resources, including managing external consultants and ICT suppliers.
