Job Summary

  • The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day team management, to include hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, team coaching and professional development.
  • Responsibilities include assigning and tracking the maintenance (within the CMMS) of all equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, elevators, grounds, etc.
