Key Requirements

  • Currently licensed in Georgia as a Paramedic OR RN, RRT, NP, PA, or MD/DO
  • Currently licensed in Georgia as an Instructor/Coordinator (AEMT)
  • Associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited higher education institution
  • Current NREMT certification
  • Current CPR and ACLS certifications
  • Completed all Teaching Internships for EMS Instructor/Coordinator requirements
  • Completed an approved EMS Instructional Preparation Curriculum Prep Course within the previous three years
