Job Summary

  • The role supports the Legal function across the Americas by efficiently reviewing and negotiating U.S.-law governed commercial contracts to enable business execution at scale.
  • Candidates will apply standard templates and playbooks to handle day-to-day contract execution while coordinating with internal stakeholders for deal closure.
  • This is a fully remote, permanent position open to candidates residing in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, or other locations within the Americas region.
