Salary
Base: $150,000.00-250,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Holidays & PTO, Short and Long-Term Disability, Paid Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Lithia Learning Center, Vehicle Purchase Discounts, Wellness Programs
