Write repair orders and develop estimates
Liaise between customers and technicians
Communicate service updates and pricing

Key Requirements
Previous Service Advisor or Express Advisor experience preferred
Automotive technician experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic mechanical understanding
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
