The role involves executing bench- and pilot-scale studies including compounding, sterile filtration, and fill/finish operations while adhering to GMP regulations.
Candidates will collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and external CDMOs to ensure process characterization and commercial readiness for high-fidelity vaccines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS in Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry
2 years industry experience in drug product
Knowledge of GMP fill/finish manufacturing
Experience with sterile filtration and compounding
Proficiency in Benchling electronic lab notebook
Nice-to-have
Statistical analysis skills using JMP or Minitab
Experience with technology transfer activities
Familiarity with CDMO-based manufacturing
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
Working knowledge of Drug Product unit operations
Experience supporting technology transfer or scale-up activities
