Job Summary

  • Lead and manage tribe SQM activities within your region, representing SQM in the category/tribe and driving the execution of SQM initiatives aligned with global and regional plans.
  • Ensure supplier “Launch” readiness in PD/CR projects through risk management (FMEA) Critical-to-Quality (CtQ), and change management (KPPAP) while also coaching and developing SQM regional team members and providing operational leadership to suppliers to key KONE stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience
  • B.SC level technical STEM / quality / industrial Eng. Degree
  • 5 years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • TS16949 standard, methodology and tools
  • ISO 9001/14001/18001/45001
