Job Summary
This role will be responsible for providing analysis to support key initiatives while leading projects from idea to implementation.
Designs and implements incentive and recognition programs to incentivize PROviders and drive engagement and performance metrics.
Communicates data-driven insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple data sources; translating findings into clear, understandable themes; and identifying complete, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements
