Base: $54.90 - $82.35 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Premium pay for shift and on-call; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement match

Key Requirements
Licensed in state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school
Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required
Credentialing and privileging required based on area of practice
PGY-2 Oncology residency or BCOP certification preferred
