Must-have

  • Licensed Industrial Millwright certification
  • CNC and numerically controlled machine repair
  • Wood processing equipment troubleshooting
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance execution
  • Blueprint and OEM manual interpretation
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocol knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Intermediate to advanced servo systems knowledge
  • Experience training apprentices and junior staff
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System usage
  • Continuous improvement process participation
  • High-speed machine hands-on experience

Key Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed Millwright certified in Ontario
  • Minimum five years of manufacturing experience
  • Machine shop experience required
