JLL is seeking a Project Director for Base Build Construction in Luxembourg, responsible for managing large-scale projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction, alongside at least 7 years of relevant experience and fluency in French and English

Job Summary

  • Manage large-scale projects from conception design to completion for the construction or renovation of new or existent buildings guaranteeing compliance with the customer's objectives in terms of design, sustainability, costs, quality and deadlines, as well as anticipating and managing project risks.
  • Select and managing all the external contractors involved in the project: Architect/Designer/BET/MOEX/Experts, General Contractor or Works Contractor/Change Manager, etc.
