Job Summary

  • The Senior Analyst is responsible for issuance of Corporate Action information to customers covering Corporate Actions on London Listed and AIM traded equities, ETFs, IOB and GES securities and providing confidential advice to Issuers and Advisers with an emphasis on Trading and Settlement implications.
  • Using UnaVista, draft Stock Situation Notices for issue to customers via the Corporate Events Diary to provide details of corporate actions and the dates associated with them.
