• This role supports the company’s largest and most complex national and large‑market clients, serving as a dedicated billing consultant for accounts with 2,000 or more covered lives.
• Manage a portfolio of 20–25 large client accounts, providing end‑to‑end billing support across the life of each policy.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years accounting/finance experience
• 5 years customer service/account management experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote
• Extensive understanding of cross-departmental implications
• Strong customer-facing presentation skills
