Salary
Base: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase, life insurance, PTO, parental leave, and education benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or related field
2+ years experience in Payments Strategy, Payments Operations, Fraud/Chargebacks Operations or 6+ years in Operations Management
1 year supervisory experience
Proficiency in SQL
2+ years in Payments Strategy & Operations for technology company
Project Management Professional certification preferred
