Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
The role requires active participation in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department and ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered RN license and at least two years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility, with training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
