Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years managing enterprise ERP implementations
Experience with Workday, Oracle, or SAP
Expertise in Financials, HCM, or Payroll domains
Public sector or government client experience
P&L ownership and budget management
Nice-to-have
Prior consulting or internal consulting experience
Business development and sales cycle participation
Strong conflict management and influencing skills
Ability to travel 50% or more of the time
Key Requirements
Sr Engagement Manager P4 level or Principal P5 level
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant project management experience
Demonstrable background in Federal, State, or Local Government sectors
