Essential Duties include reviewing shop cards, sawing and burning off strand ends, applying patching material, cleaning connection plates, and applying finishes to concrete members.

Apply wet finishes to concrete
Apply dry finishes to concrete
Review shop cards for pours
Saw off strand ends
Burn off strand ends
Apply patching material
Clean concrete off connection plates
Apply spray paint
Strip off blockouts and cutbacks
Salvage woodwork
Rock/grind PVC blockouts
Apply grout to form sides
Bull float wet concrete
Hard float wet concrete
Place surface plates in concrete
Place lifting devices in concrete
Nice-to-have
Work in loud environments
Work in outside weather conditions
Work with moving mechanical parts
Work in wet or humid conditions

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 months related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
