  • The Team Leader will provide day-to-day supervision and leadership on the shop floor, manage resources to add value to production operations whilst ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality and business systems.
  • The role will be the catalyst for improvement in the performance of the production lines and drive operational excellence in the areas under their control.
  • An ideal opportunity for an individual to experience leadership of a critical site operation, to develop and build their leadership skills, and build E2E understanding of product flow within supply chain.
