Taylor Technology Services Inc is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and consultation for a multi-site business unit in North Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge across various functions, business acumen, and the ability to build partnerships with business leaders

Job Summary

  • The HRBP will partner with the business leaders and broker the appropriate resources from our HR Centers of Excellence: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Performance and Internal Communications.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions consistent with our mission of providing Opportunity & Security.
